Our Elevator Solutions

Whether you’re looking for a fully managed elevator solution or prefer to work with your own builder and engineer – we have an elevator solution to suit your needs.

Fully Managed Elevator Solution

Thinking about adding a vacuum elevator to your home but not sure where to start? We take care of everything — from the paperwork to the finishing touches. Our fully managed service covers the entire process, so you don’t have to coordinate multiple contractors or navigate council requirements on your own.

Installing a lift involves more than just the unit itself. Building consent, structural modifications, and council inspections all need to happen in the right order. We’ve done this before — we know the process, the paperwork, and the people. You get a single point of contact from start to finish, with no surprises.

What’s included:
Building consent application
We prepare and submit all documentation to your local council on your behalf, ensuring full compliance with the New Zealand Building Code
Builder coordination
We manage the building works required to accommodate the elevator, working with trusted local builders we’ve partnered with
Elevator supply & installation
Your vacuum elevator, professionally installed by our certified team, typically completed in 1–2 days
Code Compliance Certificate support

We handle the producer statements and sign-offs needed to get your CCC issued

Self-Managed Elevator Solution

For customers who prefer to use their own building team, VENZ offers a self-managed installation pathway. You choose your own builder and engineer, and we work alongside them to make sure the elevator is installed correctly, safely, and to code.

Here’s how it works:

  • We supply the elevator — your PVE30, PVE37, or PVE52 unit, fully specified for your project.
  • We provide all installation documentation — Installation requirements requirements and any producer statements (PS1/PS3) needed for consent.
  • We guide every step — from site prep and shaft/floor opening requirements, through to final commissioning, we’re available to answer questions and review progress with your builder and engineer.
  • You choose the team — your builder and engineer carry out the physical work and Building Consent application, giving you flexibility and control over cost, scheduling, and who you trust on site.
  • We install the elevator itself — once the site is prepared to spec, our team installs and commissions the unit.

This option suits customers who already have a trusted builder, want more control over the build programme, or are running the lift installation alongside a wider renovation or new-build project.
